Delivery

All orders are packaged with the upmost care and sent within 1-3 days of ordering unless the item has been backordered or pre-ordered (before the item is in stock). The delivery times provided at checkout are an estimate based on courier information, we are not responsible for courier delays.

U.K. Delivery Charges

Rest of World

Royal Mail International Tracked is used for our orders to Rest of World. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 5-10 business days; however, this is only an estimate and delivery can take longer depending on external factors that are out of our control such as staff shortages within the postal system. If an order is shown as being in transit on tracking, we cannot provide a refund. If an order is lost in the mail, we will work with the courier to locate the parcel and in failing that we will send a replacement.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Delays
The delivery times stated are an estimate based on information provided by couriers and we are not responsible for courier delays. If an order is delayed due to courier delays that are out of our control and you wish to return the order, you are liable to pay any return postage. The courier fees paid when the order was placed will not be refunded by us as we have already made the payment to the third party courier.
